Position: Visual Creative (mid)

Salary band: 26-28k (depending on experience)

Location: High Wycombe

A dynamic, award-winning and established creative digital agency seeks a mid-weight visual creative to join their hardworking team.

The sole purpose of this role is to be part of the Creative Team and generate solid, engaging and realistic ideas to answer our clients’ objectives. This is achieved through the many creative brainstorming and research sessions and then through the documentation of these ideas into the Creative Proposal and the Production Specification. As a Visual Creative, your part in the creative process is to offer design advice and ensure both the look and feel and usability of the proposed concepts are of a high standard.

You will work closely with the project team estimating costs and timescales for projects as well as occasionally assisting in the visual testing of work; identifying design issues and fixing them. You will also work with the marketing department in developing our internal marketing resources such as the Stickee website.

As a person you are quick, accurate, stress tolerant and a problem solver. You also have a great feel for the latest web technologies and how they can enhance creative concepts. You are pragmatic and creative, displaying self discipline and a passion for your work. You have excellent design skills and are committed to providing high quality internal and client projects in a confident and assertive manner. You are able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the new media industry including peers and their work.

You have at least 2 years experience in a Design or Creative role and a thorough understanding of cutting edge design. You also have extensive experience in designing user interfaces. You are a skilled Creative who can work independently and yet you have the ability to motivate people and assert your ideas.The business is now in a very strong position with great opportunities for growth and Stickee intends to share this potential success with its new employees.
