Based in West London this leading Digital Design Agency can boast an impressive client base in a diversity of sectors, including entertainment, retail and consumer goods.

Currently they are looking to recruit two Senior Designer to work in-house and on client site. You should have strong design skills and proven commercial experience. Be able to take concepts from initial brief through to final delivery and be a Master with all core Adobe graphics packages and competency with interactive MX software - excellent Flash Development skills.

Able to present effectively to clients and respond positively to their feedback with the capability of leading clients through complex processes. Able to explain ideas and concepts verbally and in documents with a willingness to listen to constructive feedback.

You should be happy working well in a team environment and shows leadership potential. A Visual Arts BS/BA or equivalent experience. Minimum of four years commercial design experience in graphics software applications, techniques, and tools, including web-based languages and multimedia technologies. In-depth understanding of designing site architectures, user interfaces and intuitive navigation schemes. Experience with site documentation, proven creative design and be able to present a first class portfolio in digital or printed form.
