Our mail order client is looking for a team leader with strong management skills who has come from a creative background. The role will be managing a team, working on projects including DM and email marketing communications, leading by example and motivating a team of creatives. A good understanding of online and offline design communications is needed as is a good sense of marketing strategy techniques to gain the best results for the brand.
