Digital design agency seek an inspirational and creative Project Manager to work exclusively on one main account in addition to being involved on a number of smaller established client. Ideally you will have 2 to 3 years commercial agency experience, be brand focused, and able to lead a team whilst continuously having an eye on delivery deadlines.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple web development projects including dynamic website build and web application development. The role will involve direct liaison with the client so the ability to form strong relationships with people at all levels is vital.

Primarily you will be managing client accounts from a commercial viewpoint to maximise revenue, whilst acting as the primary liaison point between the client and the project team. You will have an understanding the client's strategic objectives, branding both online and traditional media.

Candidates should have excellent organisational skills, a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to manage people under pressure across various disciplines, be highly motivated, a self-starter and resilient. Proven account and project management skills coup[led with excellent document writing ability. Able to handle multiple projects, commercial/cost-aware aptitude, ability to sell opportunities internally.

First class organisational and communication skills. Good problem solving skills, be pro-active, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project, with an understanding of Flash, Basic HTML, FTP and associated web technologies.

Opportunities will exist to become significantly more involved in strategic development of the project and development relationships with numerous agencies and clients, whilst gaining significant experience not only into world of new media but also of large scale consumer branding.
