So what do they want? A Junior Designer with fluency in Photoshop and Flash Design and Animation, to Design and produce beautifully crafted microsites, emails, virals online adverts and websites. At times working off creative scamps and other times, conceptualizing yourself. To succeed through application and interview stage, demonstrable Design skills, Conceptual ability and technical knowledge will do the trick.
