ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Take overall responsibility for the delivery of all online initiatives within agreed budget and time parameters.
Balance the long term aspirations of the eCommerce banking business with the need to drive increased revenue and performance improvement quickly.
Take the role of credible interface with the internal IT department and third party suppliers to ensure that online projects achieve the required level of return on investment.
Effectively manage stakeholders from across the bank and outside it to maintain momentum.
THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR……
Extensive experience of delivering large scale projects within the eCommerce / online environment of consumer driven businesses (especially banking / financial services or retail).
Genuine understanding of the opportunities available in the online space, along with the limitations of current technology.
Ability to produce high quality, accurate work under tight timescales.
Excellent academic background, probably including a degree.
Proven skills in team, stakeholder and third party management.
