Skills

Essential:
oHigh level & demonstrable experience developing optimized/cross platform front-end code in CSS/XHTML, Javascript, AJAX, using XML based APIs,.
oExcellent time management and organisational skills
oAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
oCommitted self-starter / task completer / team player

Desired:
oFlash and actionscript
oAn understanding of the mobile phone market
oSEO Knowledge.
oAgile development practices
oKnowledge / experience of the following technologies:
§JSP/Struts/Tiles
·SVN (or other source management control systems)
