Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive Software Market
Bournemouth
£25,000 - £35,000 (potentially more for exceptional candidates) Plus Pension, 25 Days' Holiday, Employee Share Scheme

Our client provides industry-leading web based tools that are used to build, deploy, analyse and act on feedback. They operate in a B2B environment, and their customers range from SMB to global operations. Due to expansion, they now are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive to join their team.

Whether you're an experienced Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge, or you're a Marketing Executive who knows they've got what it takes to move into a more senior position this is the ideal position for you.

Working with their small team, in this role you will initially be responsible for developing the company's marketing. As the role develops there will be opportunities to develop it further into different fields, and potentially build a marketing team of your own.

As the Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive your position will involve taking responsibility for external communication and the presentation of our client's brand and products. This role requires a dynamic and ambitious Marketing professional with the ability to work under pressure. Some travel to client sites will be required.

Your duties will include:

- managing the website and producing promotional materials
- managing the company's attendance at 3rd party events and conferences
- managing lead generation activities
- providing regular communication with potential/existing customers on a regular basis

To succeed as the Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive you must have previous experience in a marketing position, ideally gained within the software market. You will also need the confidence and motivation to develop the company's marketing. Applications are invited from both experienced Marketing Managers and those candidates who feel they are ready for the next step.

Additionally, you should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a good level of IT literacy, and ideally, a marketing qualification. Online marketing experience would be a distinct advantage to your application, as would knowledge of PPC, SEO and other online marketing concepts but these are by no means essential.
