About the Role
As a Digital Capability Manager you will be required to:
- Deliver a first class digital customer experience within the digital corporate team.
- Define and deliver new digital capabilities within your primary accountability.
- Contribute ideas and opportunities into the planning process to enhance digital offerings.
- Anticipate, understand and address all legal and regulatory requirements relating to digital marketing.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of industry drivers, customer demographic and sociographic on-line usage trends and competitor capability and activity.
What We're Looking For
Good candidates for this role will posses the following:
- Proven expertise in developing and managing digital capabilities.
- In-depth experience of digital user experience development.
- Good understanding of core digital marketing skills including SEO and PPC.
- Practical application of commercial and financial evaluation.
- Experience in working with 3rd party digital agencies to deliver digital collateral.
- Understanding and prefferably experience with developing mobile proposotions.
- Previous digital strategy development and implementation.
- Social media and deployment in B2B enviroments.
About the Offer
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits.
