THE ROLE
This role is to lead the digital marketing strategy across Europe working closely with the sports sector particularly football to embed the web and other digital platforms as a fundamental element of the marketing strategy. There is huge potential here therefore to significantly shape the overall strategy and for a successful candidate to make a name for themselves within this global leader.
This role will involve developing a regional web communications plan including site design, brand assurance, visitor acquisition and loyalty programmes as well as developing and implementing country specific tactical plans. This person will also be responsible for pilots of new technology and will be the project manager of new product trials. This role includes budgetry management and responsibility for developing KPI's to measure the success of the digital strategy.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in Digital Marketing Communications ideally with experience of some B2B marketing, European or International exposure would also be of a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will likely have a keen interest in sports particularly football and any experience of working with sports associations or bodies would be very beneficial.
