Job Description
A London-based corporate and brand communications agency are currently looking for an experienced project manager to deliver web and print projects. This role will also involve developing long term client relationships, and be part of an assiduous and sociable digital team.
Key Responsbilities:
- Managing daily website updates, liaising with Studio teams to deliver them and communicating completion to clients.
- Generating estimates, project plans and work schedules to guarantee timely implementation of deliverables on a day-to-day and longer term basis.
- Managing the project team for the assigned projects, briefing and managing scope and delivery requirements, liaising with the client and delivery partners.
- Determining critical paths and ways to shorten them to dovetail with project timeframes.
- Identifying possible risks and problem areas of projects in a timely fashion, resolving them effectively and with the minimum of impact to the project and business.
- Identifying and managing production partners e.g. copywriters, printers.
- Undertaking QA to ensure quality of content deliverables.
- Supporting Project Management team on collation of client content and assets for live projects, maintenance of project database and development of project proposals and project-related documentation.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong online project management experience.
- Basic experience of web and print production, including print and third party technical supplier management.
- Demonstrable experience in understanding client requirements and developing long term relationships with them.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent and confident communicator at all levels, in particular informally and able to establish rapport easily with others.
- Self-motivated, energetic and positive attitude.
- Motivational and conflict-management skills.
- Commercially astute, with some experience in delivering projects on time and to budget.
- Willing to learn from others and to share knowledge.
- Respectful and collaborative.
