Business Development Manager - £25-30k + OTE + Company car Field Sales London
& the Home Counties Ref 59528

The Company

You will be working as the business development manager across several property portals that have recently consolidated their sales teams to strengthen their digital offering. Each site that you will be selling across has its own distinct market position, and together they work as complementary brands. With over 10 years in the market place they have grown to be one of
the biggest property websites launched in the UK.


Being home and field based you will be given a mobile phone, laptop & company car to ensure you are fully equipped!!


The Role

The ideal candidate for this role as a Business development manager will have a background in sales.

It is an exciting opportunity for to join a newly created Sales channel, focused on targeting and winning New Homes Developer Sales within a defined territory. In this role you will be:

· Responsible for contacting and making qualified field meetings in agreed target segment groups.
· Focused on developing new business, up-selling and retaining customers
· Write and issue proposals as required.
· Develop territory management contact plan within to maximise efficiency levels
· Attend monthly sales meetings in central London

Your Profile

For this role as a field sales business development manager you will be confident in developing business and have the ability to effectively account manage. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills

· Experience in new media or classified
· Excellent telephone manner and closing skills.
· Experienced in "self-generating" business meetings through telephone appointment making and "drop in's"
· Track record of achievement and success against agreed targets.
· The ability to conceptualise and articulate business issues and appropriate solutions.
· Be a driven and self-starting individual
