Key responsiblities

Account Management
oBeing the ambassador for all client publishers. Keeping regular contact, updating on weekly activity, traffic information, negative or positive feedback on the site and discuss advertising briefs.
oKeeping them up to date on market information and developing website strategy going forward.
oManaging clients expectations
oLiaising with the Agency team to ensure they have the relevant information to sell the site
oProactive in ideas for the websites, putting together packages for the agency team to sell

Reporting – working with client services exec;
oWeekly report – revenue for the week and pipeline
oMonthly Report – Invoicing and mthly revenues
oQuarterly Report – Site analysis and Market overview
oForecasting – regular analysis on Targets versus Forecasts and Pipeline

Campaign Management – working with client services exec and traffic;
oLiaising with agency sales and clients direct to ensure smooth running of booked campaigns
Including chasing creatives, checking campaign is live and sending logins to advertisers
oManage the delivery of the campaigns to optimise and ensure rebooking
oCoordinate the Booking system and delivery for invoicing

Experience:

•Essential
o3-4 years in relevant market
oExtensive Knowledge of the advertising medium
oGood knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
oPresentable and confident telephone manner
