One of London's top digital design agencies are looking for a junior designer/ entry level designer to come and support the existing creative team. The right person will have work experience/ freelance experience at other digital agencies. It is important that you have an online portfolio full of well executed designs particularly on big brands. A passion for everything interactive is important as the junior market is very competitive.
Even at this level it's important you have extensive experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver. In addition if you have your own graphic appreciation and style you will go a long way.
