The international branch of this successful wine merchant is looking to recruit an Online Marketing Executive who will take charge of the implementation of their online recruitment strategy.  In this role you will be responsible for:

• - Managing email campaigns to prospects (targeting, creative, step testing, profitability analysis)
• - Recommending and implementing all online recruitment activity across all media
• - Ensuring cost management and control
• - Collaborating with the wine team, market leaders and other departments to ensure the implementation of the overall online recruitment strategy
• - Lead generation - setting up campaigns to gather contact details of qualified prospects

For this position they are looking for someone with 2 to 5 years experience of online recruitment on either the agency or client side who is passionate about online marketing.  Fluency in German would be a distinct advantage.  You must be highly organised and able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail skills and an interest in the wine industry.
