Direct Marketing Manager (CRM) - Leading consumer website - London - To 35k basic dependent on experience - PFJ ref: 59874 The company: The company is a fast-growing consumer-to-consumer internet portal located in West London, (with offices in the USA and France). The company has carved a niche by specialising in the online consumer-to-consumer advertising market. They are now operating in nearly 30 countries globally and are looking to expand and strengthen their presence in the UK. The Role: To summarize you will be running a strategic piece of the clients acquisition and retention business within the company. What makes the position interesting is that you will be in charge of your destiny with full responsibilities. - Developing communications plans to attract, acquire, convert and retain B2B customers - Implement new communications channels (SMS etc) - Budget control and managing ROI - Campaign and production development - Loyalty programmes - Project work - Negotiating contra deals with external parties: institutions, associations, publications, trade magazines etc - All aspects of DM including online marketing, database manipulation, above the line marketing - Creating profit analysis for all marketing plans taking into consideration ROI, Profit, internal and external data and demographic performance - Identifying opportunities for new methodologied and more efficient future marketing Candidate Requirements: - You will be a proven marketer ideally within the B2C customer acquisition / CRM field and or retail field. You will have excellent analytical skills and communications skills with good people management. Educated to graduate / professional level you will be hungry to build your career to the next level.
