CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGERS!!

I have several opportunities for talented and dedicated Project Managers. From midweight 2-3 yrs to Senior 4-5 yr types.

SOME KEY REQUIREMENTS -

- Digital experience is always desirable!
- Demonstrated ability to analyse & resolve complex problems.
- Prince2 foundation required, and for more Senior candidates the practitioner exam.
- Experience of managing a project portfolio - the higher budget the better.
- Highly organised and excellent day-to-day planning capabilities.
- Strong internal and external impact and influencing skills including effective use of self confidence and persuasion.
- The ability to stand up to assertive challenges from others but remain friendly with the team and clients.
- Timely decision making, often under complex and demanding circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse & resolve complex problems.
- Ability to cope with risk and time pressures.
- Ability to regularly finish assignments and take task through to their natural conclusion.
- Structure, persistence, stability and an eye for detail are key characteristics.
- Be process driven as the candidates will have to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude.
- Team player.
