One of the leading global telecommunications companies that specialises in Mobile, Phone, Broadband and IT/Telco Related services.
About the Role
The Head of Broadband Acquisition will take on a high profile role within a prominent area of this global Telco company. The role sits within the Broadband convergence side of the organisation and works closely with the product, strategy and marketing teams across the business to develop and implement successful acquisition campaigns to increase the awareness and uptake of the broadband proposition and service within the consumer and markets. An autonomous role within an exciting team that is at the forefront of the business. The role holder will be responsible for consumer broadband gross adds, will manage 1-2 direct reports and matrix manage many others. The successful candidate will have overall control of the marketing budget in excess of £20 million per year.
What We’re Looking For
Strong consumer experience within a mobile operator or telco.
Strong Acquisition experience
At least 5 years experience working to develop and execute multi-media marketing plans in the technology/services sector.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, and experience communicating and working with senior management
Proven ability to lead a motivated team – including matrix members from other areas.
