Job Description

A successful fashion retailer is hiring for a Web designer to join its dynamic eCommerce team. The main purpose of the role will be to lead a team of designers and improve the overall customer experience on the website, ensuring the site and content is visually and technically accurate.

Your responsibilities include:

• Optimise the content of the website by liaising with the eCommerce team
• Liase with the Marketing team to produce a leading customer journey for the website
• Manage a team of designers, and coordinate them to produce market-leading results
• Adhere to the design strategy as well as being proactive and responsive to the continuous development of the website
• Maintain a high awareness of market design initiatives and trends

You will be passionate and possess a creative flair for web design, and have an eye for detail whilst being able to thrive in a fast paced environment.

You must have a strong understanding in:

• Photoshop
• Flash
• HTML
• CSS
• Javascript
• Management experience
