Head of Direct Response Marketing
£40k - £70k

My client is an aggressively growing media communications agency in Manchester. Due to exceptional growth and expansion plans, they are now looking for an inspiring, entrepreneurial individual to head up their Direct Marketing division.
This role creates the opportunity to work with a large portfolio of existing clients, showcasing the benefits of Direct Response Campaigns through a more direct channel.
My client is one of the top 3 media agencies boasting staffing levels of well over 40 people.
My client is looking for someone with a solid grounding within the Direct Response Marketing Arena. You must also have a strong background and good understanding of media planning and buying.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and bringing on board clients who want to increase their Direct Response spend.
• Develop the team, division and clients via strategy implementation.
• You must be experienced in media planning and buying of all formats through both offline and online channels.
• You will be required to train and develop both clients and internal staff using your extensive background and knowledge of Direct Response Marketing.
• You must have a proven track record within client facing roles and with customer acquisition.
• Develop the profile of the company to the press/non broadcast community.
• Working in coition with other Directors to ensure best practice and most effective trading.
• Become actively involved in the companies business development both as ‘solus’ offline and integrated pitch processes.
Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience, skills and qualifications.
