Interactive Business Development Manager

The Company
My client is a world leading search marketing agency boasting staffing levels of well over 100 people. Due to exceptional growth and expansion plans, they are now looking for a number of highly capable and self driven individuals to join their rapidly developing digital team.
The Role
This is an exciting and challenging role, offering an opportunity to grow within a fast paced and proactive environment. I am looking for a proven new business/business development manager with a clear ability and a hunger for success.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• The development of a new business strategy for the agency.
• The establishment of KPI’s for the new business function.
• A more focused approach on clients or sectors, which are a strong fit with the agency’s core skills and strengths.
• The development and improvement of their presentations in terms of both content and format.
• The establishment and maintenance of a prospect database.
• Advising clients of the benefits of various online channels to market.
• Increasing the companies brand wherever possible.
The Candidate
Well educated to degree level or equivalent, although experience is the key attribute.
I need somebody who is a natural hunter and has the ability to build rapport extremely quickly and capatalise on any given opportunities in the marketplace.
You must have a solid experience with online activity and particularly focused on Pay per Click.
Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience, skills and qualifications.
This is an excellent opportunity with recognised roots for progression.
