Webmaster / Online Content Manager
Wymeswold, Leicestershire
c£22,500 Plus Bonus
Our client is a fast growing company that develops, innovative online loyalty websites and solutions for a range of leading brands. An opportunity has now arisen for a Webmaster / Online Content Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the content and first line support on the loyalty websites. You will be required to analyse how consumers are using the services and adjust the content and propose alterations in order to increase consumer retention and engagement.
As a Webmaster / Online Content Manager your duties will include:
- Handling first line support queries
- Creating and uploading content onto the websites
- Analysing and reporting on how consumers are using the websites
- Adjusting content to increase site traffic and improve consumer engagement
- Managing the email marketing campaigns to members of the loyalty services
To succeed as the Webmaster / Online Content Manager you must have editorial or content management experience, and knowledge of email marketing. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate an ability to analyse marketing data.
To fit into the culture of the working environment, you need to be bright, dynamic, enthusiastic and willing to tackle new and varied tasks.
Knowledge of graphical manipulation programmes such as Adobe Photoshop, and basic website technology (such as HTML) would be beneficial.
