Our client is an award winning, PR-led, integrated communications agency offering design, digital, PR and social media marketing. They feature on the Recommended Agency Register and have been shortlisted for best small PR consultancy in both 2011 and 2010 RAR Awards.
They have an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Digital PR Account Manager to join their small team agency in Lincolnshire. This role is offered as a temporary contract.
The successful candidate must have a passion for PR and at least 3 years proven social media marketing experience, ideally gained in a social media / community manager role or within a digital / social media agency. You will be a skilled writer - capable of producing copy for blogs and content for websites and have experience of planning and implementing social media campaigns.
With an understanding of social media tools: hoot suite, buffer and tracking / monitoring tools, along with an understanding of Search Engine Optimisation. You will also have a good knowledge of PPC / adword campaigns.
Basic web development skills / knowledge of PHP would be an advantage but is not essential.
It goes without saying that you will have great interpersonal skills - with the ability to explain complex technologies and approaches clearly and concisely.
The ideal candidate will currently be in a middle management role but want to build your own portfolio and area of expertise alongside a committed team in a creative environment.
