Job Description

This medium sized fashion retailer is seeking to recruit someone to help manage their online business towards achieving continual growth. With a strong high street presence as well as being extremely ambitious, they are certainly one to watch for the future and getting involved with them now will be an exciting step in your career.

The Role

As eCommerce & Operations Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the acquisition and retention strategies to drive the company's online presence as well as grow their operations internationally.

You will also be responsible for:

• eCommerce operations including merchandising, order fulfillment and stock control
• Management of 15 personnel
• Building a strong network of affiliates, distributors and 3^rd part suppliers

The Person

This position will suit someone that is seeking a hands-on, varied and interesting job with an online and high street retailer. You will be an experienced eCommerce manager within a multichannel fashion retailer. You will also be a natural leader with a drive to succeed in a competitive and demanding environment.
