Our client is a leading player and global brand in the Consumer Durables Market.
They are looking for an experienced E-CRM Marketing Specialist to develop their online CRM strategy. You will drive the European database marketing strategy and help the Business Units in segmenting their customers, gaining customer insights and running emarketing activities. You will also ensure development of a customer database system to give a single customer view and run effective cross marketing initiatives.
Job Purpose
Drive the strategy and expansion of online communication projects to registered customers.
Ensure timely & high quality campaigns are delivered to consumers for post-sales environments to continually maintain the relationships with consumers post purchase.
The E-CRM Manager will manage the eCRM strategy across Europe for all categories .
The purpose of the role is to drive the E-CRM strategy for the division and to maximise communications and relationships with customers through E-CRM activities.
The person will manage projects with a variety of European stakeholder teams (including product marketing, communications and interactive), ensuring timely & high quality campaigns are delivered to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and agree the E-CRM Strategy.
- Manage the customer information budget
co-ordinate with the Business Unit eCRM and insight strategies
Provide advice on running successful email marketing activities
Project manage eCRM campaigns for different customer segments.
Introduce campaign analysis to develop ROI driven activities
Manage one direct report.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree, ideally in Business or Marketing
- Experience in Online Marketing and E-CRM / database marketing , customer analytics management .
- Very strong project management skills with ability to drive and execute timely projects.
- Experience of working across diverse cultural & virtual teams.
- High analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Market Research and Customer Viewpoint.
- Experience of Email marketing and creation.
- Understanding of database management and targeting customer segments through email campaigns.
- Strategy Development and Implementation experience.
