My client, the UK’s most recommended bank is currently looking to add the following role to their Marketing department.

This role creates the opportunity to be a part of the Product & Customer Marketing team within the Marketing Department.
My client is looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of the competitor environment and strategies. They must demonstrate a thorough understanding of marketing techniques and product management with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
• To manage and grow My Clients Personal Lending portfolio (including current account overdrafts) in an integrated multi-channel environment.
• Development and evaluation of options for Personal Lending (loan and overdraft) products strategy to maximise sales/profit.
• Manage the impact of product features, sales, benefits, costs and pricing on the first direct P&L
• Commission the development of new products and services according to customer need and market dynamics to maximise income and the value of products sold.
• Develop optimal pricing strategies for products that are in line with business aims.
• Provide insight to senior colleagues and leadership teams around the business.
• Act as point of contact regarding product range.
• Work closely with Group colleagues to share best practice and share economies of scale.
• The candidate will report directly to the Head of Lending.
• Well educated to degree level or equivalent, although experience and/or sheer ability are the key attributes.
• Salary is negotiable dependant upon experience, skills and qualifications.
