Is media and music your passion? Bored with your client accounts? This fantastic cross media senior planner/buyer role could be just the ticket for you! TGI and NRS trained, you will have a passion for all media especially national press. You will also have experience or an understanding of the radio and online markets, and the entertainment sector. You must be a confident individual capable of talking with all levels of the media owner community about the company and the proposition. You will have strong opinions about where press and radio is going.
The role
You will play an active role in developing existing client relationships and new business and will share in the responsibility for growing the planning and buying team. You will be planning and buying across press, radio, out of home and online for the entertainments team. You will report into an account director and have a newly qualified exec in the team. You will have a sound knowledge, understanding and zeal for the music industry. The company has had considerable success in utilising the multi platform approach offered by an increasing number of media owners. They are looking for somebody who will bring their own ideas as to how these opportunities can be best exploited for their clients.
