Job Description

Online Trainer- HR sector Salary: £25K plus car allowance and benefits Location: Midlands

Your Profile
As Online Trainer you will have experience working as a Trainer in a business/corporate environment. You will be in possession of the Certificate in Training Practice and will ideally have knowledge of HR processes as part of your career history. In addition to this you will have excellent customer service skills, a "can do" attitude" and should be highly passionate about training. You will be able to manage your time well, have excellent presentation and communication skills and should be able to use your own initiative. This role will involve travelling across the country so should have a flexible attitude. Overnight stays may be required.

The Role
As Online Trainer you will be travelling across the country training clients on a highly regarded online HR facility, which will help HR professionals to fulfil their role in line with current legal regulations and best practice. You will prepare and write training materials and documentation to the highest standard, working towards KPI's for the number of client visits you make adhering to service level agreements. You will also work closely with field sales execs, account managers and the telesales team to deliver high quality training to potential and existing clients, making them aware of the functionality and content of the product. You will also be expected to keep
on the look out for 'upsell' opportunities for the Account managers and New Business Execs and will be an effective and organised administrator at your own courses, maintaining appropriate files and notes on courses and clients. In addition to this you will be keeping up to date with industry developments and will ensure you understand the commercial impact of the role, how it affects the success of the business and how the individuals contribution impacts on this. Finally the role will also require you to develop new ideas and areas for training.
