Creative / Graphics Coordinator - Based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire

SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

They have stringent quality controls that ensure that you receive the highest quality products with the very best level of service.

Main Duties
Develop and maintain the corporate style. Making sure this is being used correctly throughout the business including distributor use.
Create booth and banner graphics for exhibitions when necessary. Be responsible for keeping this up-to-date and fresh.
Design new adverts for new and existing products. Develop ideas from key personnel into adverts in line with the corporate identity.
Keep key literature such as catalogues, posters and data sheets up to date with new products and images.
Create branded products for OEM customers when necessary.
Organise professional photography sessions. Edit photographs and manage use of new photographs in all communications across all sales channels including distributors.

Skills and Experience:
Graphic Design degree or experience is essential
Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
Web design knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Good attention to detail
Numerate and articulate

The ideal Candidate will:
Be creative and be able to think outside the box, whilst maintaining the corporate strategy
Have good interpersonal skills, including relationship building with key internal and external clients.
Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable.

Benefits
Holiday
23 days holiday (pro-rata).
Increases by 1 day per year?s service : up to 28 days in total after 5 years complete service.

Working Hours
40 hours per week inclusive of a daily half-hour paid break.
Flexible hours : core hours between 10am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 10am - 3pm (if not in a customer facing role).

Pay/Benefits
Operate a profit related pay scheme which is paid annually.
They provide a ?Death in Service? life cover scheme for all eligible employees. A lump sum death benefit of 4 times your basic annual salary is paid out as at date of death, assuming you are still employed by the company

Career Development
Also hold regular career, and development reviews. Salary reviews across the company are reviewed each August.
