Branch Manager £25,000 - £29,000 basic salary + Company Car and London Weighting London & South-East Our client is a FTSE listed company and due to ongoing expansion and growth, fantastic managerial opportunities have arisen to join one of the leading financial services organisations in the UK. Our client is currently looking for a Branch Manager. Successful candidates will need to have previous managerial experience in the financial services sector, knowledge of the non standard market and/or collections experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for managing an OTE of 6 - 15 staff, overseeing all branch operations and ensuring optimum growth. Responsibilities include: "Manage branch performance to deliver targets to meet/exceed profit plan Manage and motivate staff "Train, develop and coach staff to all new staff within the branch in line with business objectives "Identify performance issues within the branch, taking appropriate actions as and when required, for example mentoring, training "Dealing with complaints adhering to FSA regulations "Using judgement to manage business risk Successful candidates will have a proven stable employment record and will possess excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as demonstrating leadership, professionalism and a strong customer focus. In return our client offers an excellent package from £25000 - £29,000k basic salary, depending on experience and location, plus 3/2K London/SE allowance, car, fuel card, fantastic quarterly bonuses up to 100% bonus, excellent company benefits.
