Job Description

An opportunity to join one of the world's largest brands in publishing as CRM & Retention Manager. Working within the Customer Services team this is a technical role requiring strong CRM skills dealing with SQL database and reviewing, creating and implementing new tools within the system.

You will be responsible for implementing all abck office processes and be responsible for recomending process enhancements.
Some direct marketing or subscription marketing experience will be particularly useful.
Ideally you will have come from a technical background with familiarity with SQL and CRM systems. Strong interpersonal skills are also essential as part of your role (30%) will be to lead and develop the customer services/ subscriptions renewals team.

Salary to £35000 + bonus.
