Our client, one of the UK's largest independent business publishing and information companies, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their exhibitions department. Working on the UK's leading exhibition for the market research industry, the role required taking the lead role in selling exhibition stands and sponsorship for the event. Sales will be both to marketing management and to director level decision makers. Key responsibilities include: ·Telephone based selling and face to face presentations to hit revenue targets ·Working with marketing and operations departments to help with efficient delivery of marketing campaign and show operations ·Constructing and selling sponsorship packages that meet exhibitor needs Person Specification ·A proactive self starter with good interpersonal and communication skills ·Experienced telesales person with proven record of success ·Good presentation and networking skills ·Ability to work well within a team ·Excellent time management skills ·Proven account management experience to build on industry relationships
