Recruitment Consultant - Manchester - 22k-25k, Excellent Commission & Benefits

Specialising in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare industries, focusing on jobs in Marketing, Advertising, Medical Communications and PR as well as a range of vacancies in Healthcare Market Research, Business Intelligence and Insight.

Our founding Directors have first hand experience of working in these sectors and so with a unique mix of industry and recruitment expertise we offer both clients and candidates a knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service.

Established in February 2006 and with offices in Didsbury, Manchester, we now have a team of 6 working across our specialist sectors and have enjoyed consistent success to date.

Now looking to bring in an experience Recruitment Consultant with previous recruitment experience, ideally but not essentially in the Pharma/Healthcare or related industries. We are very well established in 2 of our 5 sectors, so our challenge for 2008 is to develop the others, Marketing, Advertising & PR.

We are looking for the right individual to come in and begin to develop our presence in one of these sectors across the UK. You will also be given the opportunity to build a team around you dependant on your own success and will be expected to contribute to the strategic running of the overall business.

You have a demonstrable record of success in recruitment at this level. You must be self-motivated and extremely proactive with a professional manner and appearance. You're a hard worker with a strong desire to succeed. You are organized in the way that you work and you always take great pride in the work you do. You are outgoing and hardworking with demonstrable people skills. Naturally you will be a good listener with an excellent telephone manner, articulate and a good communicator at all levels and in all formats.
