Senior Recruitment Consultant - Manchester City Centre - Basic up to £30k + OTE 1st year £80k, 2nd year £100k+
Your Profile
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will currently be working within Recruitment dealing at the Senior end of your market but still striving for the higher fees and ultimately the highest commission and earning potential possible. You will be professional, driven, money motivated with an excellent work ethic and passion for Sales and Recruitment. Proven experience of dealing with senior clients and high-level candidates is needed, with the ability to control both parties establishing you as a true expert and consultant within your chosen marketplace. Well presented, money orientated, down to earth and hungry for success are just some of the traits you will need to be successful within this Sales role. You do NOT need a background in Finance Recruitment.
The Role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be working on a warm desk which has been occupied by a Manager (who is now moving over to another desk) who billed £330k last year from a standing start. Now looking to progress this desk to future billings towards the £500k mark, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will be working with a manager offering 1-1 support on the market place and updating on work done to date. The role requires networking as this is a candidate-driven industry which allows good headhunters to really take advantage. Clients have a great deal of respect for the company and their consultants so being proactive is highly rewarding. Candidates remain within the industry for all of their career which allows you to build long-term relationships. Coupled with the cleanest, most up to date database within the industry this is a unique opportunity and one that should not be missed if you are a serious Recruiter and high earner (or have a real desire to be a high earner).
