Your Profile
As an Online Key Account Manager you will be an experienced Online Business Development Manager or Online Key Account Manager with strong Sales experience. This client is looking for a candidate with client-facing skills and a background in Account Management and solution-led Sales. You will be action-orientated and decisive and enjoy working in an exciting and reward-led culture.
The Role
As an Online Key Account Manager you will be:
-utilising consultative sales methods to sell products over the phone and in-person to major recruitment companies in a defined territory
-creating unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients' individual needs
-growing a client base by prospecting, qualifying and solidifying relationships, overcoming
objections and closing new accounts
-renewing accounts
-scheduling and running presentations to demonstrate products
-generating revenue, and exceeding attainable monthly quota
-developing loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal
attention and follow-up
-understanding current trends within the online recruitment industry.
For this role you will need proven outside B2B sales experience, experience with conceptual sales, solution selling and value-based selling, current employment in B2B, experience developing a territory and working named account lists and documented success selling large complex accounts with multiple decision makers. You must also be able to travel up to 50% with the ability to work independently and be a team player.
