Your Profile
You will be a Search Account Executive, online marketing executive. You will
play a pivotal role managing the clients' placement within the search engine
results. This digital agency are passionate about hiring the best talent,
using the best online advertising management tools and Practices, which feed
their drive to deliver winning results for their clients.
- Some experience in Search marketing
- Strong numerical skills essential.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft
Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong literacy and communication
skills.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Can manage numerous projects concurrently and consistently to deliver high
quality work to deadlines (works well under pressure and to short deadlines).
- Ability to pre-empt problems and be pro-active in producing solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Team player working with multiple levels of management and peers.
- Quick to learn, and keen to develop within an expanding sector.
The Role
- Support the account management team in delivery of Search campaigns.
- Develop an in-depth understanding and appreciation of Search marketing.
- Use various methods to put together a list of 'keywords' that your
advertisers should appear for within the search engine results.
- Write titles and descriptions that will appear in the search results for
your advertisers.
- Devise Search campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Use technology to help your account team manage Search campaigns across the
Search providers.
- Take ownership and pride in each campaign to provide clients with market
leading service.
- Assume top-level responsibility for client reporting.
- Build strong relationships with search engine partners.
- Maintain and supply performance reports to your advertisers containing the
metrics that they want to see.
- Maintain client expectations and ensure that campaigns are meeting
objectives and deadlines.
- Proactively investigate agency, client and supply side campaign issues
(troubleshoot) and source best practice resolutions in a timely fashion.
- Offer suggestions on how to improve processes to ensure high standards are
maintained.
- Support the Search team with regular contributions to best practices and
Search industry developments by keeping up to date with SEM developments.
- Assist in developing client and internal understanding of Search and help
grow client investment in Search.
- Ensure search is not working in isolation of other media activities.
