Our client is a technology business offering advanced solutions beyond traditional media products.
This is a role for a senior digital salesperson, well versed with and well connected to London agencies. With 3-5 years experience, although not specifically in online, the winning candidate will be happy negotiating at the highest level, conversant in rich media developments as well as standard media and happy to win new business, whilst marshalling current clients.
Main duties will include:
•Maintain and grow revenue from a current client base, predominantly made up of West End agencies.
•Win new business among current agencies as well as exploring new avenues among agencies AND clients.
•Undertake regular and clear reporting to the European Advertising Sales Manager to provide accurate forecasting information.
•Work with internal departments to ensure proper and timely delivery of campaigns.
Contribute to the development of new products to offer to clients. This will require internal liaison with technology, marketing and design departments
Required:
3-5 Years sales experience, preferably in an online environment
Strong admin skills
Strong numeracy/Excel skills
Strong communication skills
A sense of humour
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Confidence in your skills and the ability to take ownership of a situation to resolve it in the best way
Preferred
Some DART knowledge – Reporting
Exposure to broader, rich media, online solutions – EG Microsites, sponsorships
