Job Description

I am seeking the following:

Social Strategists/ Social Client leads up to £60k

Community Managers up to £40k

Social Project Managers/ Support managers up to £35k

Social Execs up to £25k

Social Media Manager £35k to £40k 

I dont yet have job specs for all these roles but I have a very clear brief on the archetype we want;

·         No consultants

·         Must have been working in an agency e.g. creative, large social agency with fortune 500s, PR           agencies, media agencies etc.

·         Experience in broader digital at some stage before they got into social

·         Experience with/ can talk to listening tools (Radion6, Cymfony, Neilson etc. )

·         Experience with social media management systems (Buddy media, thismoment, vitru,                     conversocial, etc.)

·         Have used facebook bid management systems (alchemy, brighter option etc.)

·         Experience developing applications for social

·         Experience with ideation for social content calendars  

·         Proven client project management skills

·         Director level examples of strategies they have done and how they got into strategy e.g.               buying vs. insights, and evidence of strategies they have actually landed with clients  

·         Director level - Open to general digital strategists who want to focus more on social
