Job Description

My Client is one of the UK's largest and longest-established providers of financial products and advice, dedicated to providing their clients with practical assistance in every aspect of managing their finances. This has resulted in the need to recruit a Web developer, to join their Marketing Department.

The key responsibilities of this role will involve building and deploying websites and online applications, managing multiple websites and making updates as and when required. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following;

• VB ASP.net and Visual Studio (minimum 2 years project experience)
• IIS experience in administration and deployment
• Knowledge of SQL Server as well as SQL programming and stored procedures
• JavaScript
• Knowledge of CSS and XHTML
• Knowledge of Classic ASP
• Security awareness relating to database applications
