Our client based in Watford is recruiting for an experienced Web Designer to join their dynamic team. With a natural flair for web design you will be an ideas-led designer with the ability to add class. This is a 3-month contract starting immediately (or within 1 week).
You will be given the opportunity to work on new exciting websites so it's essential you have an artistic approach to creating unique designs. The successful candidate will have an understanding of usability requirements and user friendly interface designs and show ability to produce a variety of graphical concepts. Working on briefs from start to completion you will have an impressive track record of designing websites within a retail commercial environment.
Key technical requirements;
· Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, HTML & CSS
· Knowledge of Flash is a bonus
· Content Management Systems also desirable
· Email Design
You will also be responsible for production of graphics (banners, pages & concepts from wire frames), HTML & CSS updates via CMS's plus an exciting range of promotional and project based art work creation. This opportunity is not to be missed and commutable from Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Borehamwood, Abbots Langley and Amersham.
