Lead /Senior User-Interface Developer, Front-end Developer, Leading Digital Agency, London to £45k,
A Senior/Lead User Interface Developer is urgently required by a leading European Digital Agency based in central London. As a Senior User Interface Developer you'll need to have a vast amount of experience and expertise in front-end / interface development using semantic mark-up, progressive enhancement and standards-based development, and have Javascript skills that make you stand out from the crowd. Within this Senior/Lead Interface Developer role you'll be expected to lead a team of smart developers, so will need to be an excellent mentor and communicator of visions.
You're expected to have;
· First-class XHTML/CSS. You should have good knowledge of accessibility and current best practice.
· Expert knowledge of Javascript (OOP programming, DOM manipulation, AJAX, design patterns); while we use libraries on suitable projects, we also create our own.
· Experience of working with content management systems, server-side frameworks and XSLT are a bonus.
