Lead Developer, Technical Manager, Development Manager, Development Director, Technical Director, Director of Technology,

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager / Lead Developer / Head of Development to raise there game in quite literally the best full service digital agency in the country. The Agency has gone from strength to strength in the last 7 years building up a fantastic roster of clients across finance, automotive, mobile technology and some sexy FMCG brands. They have retained these clients by producing websites and online campaigns/ AD's with great ideas at there heart that are beautifully crafted and always technically innovative, indeed this agency has frequently shaped the digital marketing landscape in UK.

Due to the growth of the Development team (12 developers) there is now a need for an experienced Technical Manager or junior Technical Director to join the Agency to help manage the technical delivery of projects. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager, Technical Director or even a highly experienced Lead Developer to really add input and make your mark by helping to scope and define technical solutions for some great clients. As an experienced Technical Manager or Lead Developer you will have previous experience man managing a small to mid size team of multi-discipline developers (the agency work heavily with Flash / Actionscript 3, Papervision .NET, PHP, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX). As an experienced Technical Manager or Lead Developer you will have a background in development ideally across a range of scripting languages. As an experienced Technical Manager you will also be comfortable in a client facing role and will be able to enthuse those who aren't so technically savvy within the agency with your passion for emerging technologies and innovative technical solutions.

Digital agency experience is ALMOST ESSENTIAL. If you are interested in the role and you have a non agency background please outline why you wish to work in a creative Digital agency.
