Box Legal Limited is a rapidly growing specialist insurance broker providing litigation insurance for over 200 firms of solicitors.

We are currently looking for a full time Web Developer with experience of developing dynamic websites & web applications to join our expanding team.

The role involves working alongside the Head of Marketing and the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure on-going development of our online presence via our new website ((web address removed) ), blog ((web address removed) ) and other digital projects.

Applicants would be expected to have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a similar role, be willing to learn new skills and technologies and build on their current knowledge in line with developments in the sector.

Previous experience of working in the legal sector isnt essential, but any experience of working in Professional services would be looked upon favourably.

The applicant who is ultimately awarded the role will be required to work from home/ their own office. Being based in London would be seen as advantage, but is not essential.

The required computer equipment, software and internet connection (monthly cost of) will be provided by Box Legal.

Essential skills & Experience:

Developing dynamic transactional websites.
Development of content managed websites.
Being sufficiently organised and motivated to work alone.
PHP
Javascript (Including jQuery)
HTML
CSS
MySQL
AJAX

Additional skills & experience:

Graphic Design
UI (User interface) design
Familiarity with Plesk control panel
Email marketing
Social media
